After the confirmation of the reservation and receiving the sum onto our bank account

we will send the certificate to your address up to 10 days

You can also buy the certificate at the reception

(open nonstop).

The guest will book a concrete time at the reception or in the reservation system on our web pages

Please book the required time as soon as possible, at least two weeks in advance

(for stay from Monday to Thursday)

and at least 4 weeks in advance (weekend stay)

The validity of the certificate is half of the year from the date of buying

It is possible to extend the validity of the certificate; the price is 300 czk, maximum one month

In case of cancelling of reservation less than 2 hours in advance, the certificate is no longer valid
