Brewery
... found in the archives of the Archdiocese of Olomouc urbary - list of subjects to the obligations of the nobility, where the brewery was first mentioned back in 1574 - much earlier than we originally thought.
„In the village of Zábřeh nad Odrou, shortly before 1652, a small fortress was reconstructed and made into a Baroque chateau. The chateau, like the village itself, belonged to the Bishopric of Olomouc. Written documents show that the left part of the chateau contained a chaplain’s house, next to which was a brewery with extensive cellars."
