Two years of successful brewing of our specials beer support the idea that it makes sense to create an original beer, using natural materials and processes. We were surprised at how people responded to us as a a company with its own beer. At the beginning, the renewal of the brewery was rather ad-trick because what else to offer to the Czech nation, so that history was not so dull. However, time showed that the chateau is nothing without a brewery. Maybe it's because they brewed beer here already about 500 years ago and chateau brewery is the oldest brewery in the Ostrava region, and possibly it is just because of infinite love of our brewer for beer ...

Two years of drinking our specials beers showed what kind of beer you prefer and like. Surprisingly your favorites become our first release beers - beer flavoured with calamus" - dark lager 14°, which is the first chateau special beer brewed by our first brewer Václav Baron in September 2007

Women beer - 11° wheat, top-fermented beer, which is for the now for the last - 12th special one and at the same time the first one of new brewer Thomáš Hub.
Because we noticed that women in the chateau likes beer specials, the brewer focused on the finer taste buds and create an entirely new recipe-wheat beer. In Ostrava in modern history nobody brewed a beer with adjective "feminine".
